Three Vancouver-area Royal LePage brokerages to operate under the Royal LePage Sussex banner

We are pleased to announce that Royal LePage Sunshine Coast, Royal LePage City Centre and Royal LePage Northshore have joined forces with Royal LePage Sussex, effective May 13, 2015.

Owners Chris Simmons and Bill Binnie will join Royal LePage Sussex in management roles, and Alan Stewart will continue in his current capacity as Regional Manager for the corporately owned brokerage, reporting to Gino Romanese, Senior Vice President, Brokerage, Royal LePage.

Both Chris and Bill have built successful real estate businesses with co-ownership in the three above-mentioned brokerages, along with Royal LePage Westside, will be transitioned to new ownership under Michael A. Bertrand as part of a merger with Michael’s former Prudential United operations.

Prudential Sussex Realty was acquired by Royal LePage in December of 2014, becoming Royal LePage Sussex. With this transition, Royal LePage Sussex is now even better positioned to leverage its strength, brand awareness and market share within the all-important Vancouver real estate marketplace. Royal LePage Sussex services the Greater Vancouver Area, with offices in downtown Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and in Gibsons, Sechelt and Pender Harbour on the Sunshine Coast.
