As we draw closer to the end of the year, just a reminder that the deadline for renovation tax credit is February 1st, 2010. Eligible home improvements can entitle home owners to a temporary 15% tax credit for materials or labour purchased after January 27th, 2009 and before February 1st, 2010. Expensed must be between $1000 and $10,000 and maximum credit is $1350.
