#342 Strata Lot 129 (New Construction), Redpoint, Squamish, BC, Canada

In the world of rock climbing, a Redpoint is a mark of success. In the world outside of rock climbing, we believe the same terminology holds true.

Red Point was designed to ignite your sense of adventure. Life here can include dozens of outdoor activities, with something for everyone to enjoy. From hiking to biking, from kite surfing to beach walking, Red Point isn’t just a place to call home. It’s your home base for an exceptional life.

“The goal of this building is to combine contemporary and traditional components and reflect the astounding geography of the site,” states James Coverdale of Cornerstone Architecture. “The buildings and landscape will form a microcosm of the broader landscape, specifically the forests, Mamquam channel and, of course, the Stawamus Chief.”

Interior Designer Theresa Yoon, of Portico Design Group, has also chosen themes that celebrate the environment, while comforting you after a day spent hard at play. Warm woods, real stone, locally sourced finishes...all work together to make your home naturally beautiful and hard-wearing. “Mother Nature is the ultimate interior designer,” she says. “We’re just following
her lead.”

Picture a place where you can hose down your bike after an unforgettable ride right outside your back door, tune up your skis before a big day on the hill and then relax with friends in the hot tub to soak your aching muscles.

This is Base Camp at Red Point – a 3,500 square foot amenity building suited to your every recreational need.

The gathering space is the perfect place to swap stories of new pitches climbed, new trails discovered or just a great day on the water. After a long day you won’t even need to drag your equipment into your brand new home because you have a secure underground storage locker, not to mention dedicated kayak storage.

A state of the art bouldering wall for both the ultra-committed and the fair-weather climber will to keep you in top condition during the winter months. If hiking the Chief wasn’t enough the fitness zone will have more than enough equipment to keep you on top of your exercise routine.
